How do your daily backups work? Can I view/restore my backups?Yes, all reseller hosting servers include free daily backups. Daily backups are powered by JetBackup, with backups that are fully off-site, re-replicated to multiple points of presences in off-site disaster recovery datacenters. Do you provide a one-click script installer?Yes, this is included with all reseller hosting plans. We provide Softaculous Script Installer to make installing your favorite scripts easy, within the click of a button!
Can I upgrade my reseller plan later?Yes, absolutely. This can be upgraded from within your client area automatically. Feel free to open a ticket with our sales department if you need any assistance with doing so.
Will you migrate my accounts from my current hosting provider?Yes! We are more than happy to handle the migration from your existing hosting provider as long as they are using cPanel control panel. Just submit a support ticket after your order with the login details (or cPanel backup files).
Do you use LiteSpeed Web Server? LSCache?Yes. RackNerd utilizes LiteSpeed Web Server w/ LSCache to ensure the best performance for your websites possible.
Is there a contract for your reseller plan?It is available on a month-to-month basis (no contract). Annual prepayment options are also available in the ordering form if you desire.
How long does activation take?All RackNerd reseller hosting packages are immediately activated after your order. You can begin utilizing your new hosting service right away!
Do you use KernelCare?Yes, all of RackNerd's reseller hosting servers include KernelCare. KernelCare provides maximum security, updated & automated kernel updates without a reboot required, ensuring maximum uptime for your websites.
Can I add additional cPanel accounts?While you should find that our reseller plans include a decent proportion of cPanel accounts relative to the plan specifications, if you find yourself needing more cPanel accounts - there are two options. You can either upgrade to the next plan up, or alternatively, you can add additional cPanel accounts on an "à la carte" basis by contacting our sales team. The cost is $0.40/Monthly per cPanel account, or $4.80/Annually (billed to match your billing cycle). You can upgrade at any time.
