Will I get 24/7 access to the datacenter?Yes, absolutely. Please note that access will be escorted in some cases. We ask for a 24 hour advance notice in most cases, though exceptions can be made for emergency events.
Can I announce my own IPs?Yes! We are more than happy to announce your own IPs at no additional charge.
Is 24/7 Remote Eyes & Hands Available?Yes. RackNerd provides most commonly requested remote hands services at no charge. This includes: remote/power cycle, generic button pushing, remote eyes or screen readouts, shipping receiving and unpacking, CDRom attachments, hot-swap drive replacements, and KVM attachments. For more advanced tasks, we simply charge a fair rate of $32.50 per 15 minute increments.
Is there a contract for colocation?Unless otherwise specified, it is month-to-month.
